Iscte - Instituto Universitario de Lisboa

polandSWPS Iscte - Instituto Universitario de Lisboa was founded in 1972 as one of Portugal's first modern universities, with the central aim of studying labour and social dynamics in a rapidly changing world. Since its establishment, the university has expanded its disciplinary reach into four schools.

Travel

There is no shuttle service provided. You can reach the campus by subway, bus, train and even car with very short walking distances from the stations.

Accommodation

While most of the university population lives in apartments and other housing options across Lisbon, Iscte also meets some of the accommodation needs of its visiting students

The student affairs staff will support you to find suitable accommodation for the period of study.

Health Insurance

The European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) is recommended. Please make sure to take out (health) insurances that provide sufficient coverage.

Specifics

The Student Affairs center will provide students with comprehensive support in all aspects of studying and living in Portugal. Iscte is close to the city center of Lissabon, by train and bus you can access the beach, promenade and residential areas of the entire metropolitan area in half an hour.

Academic Matters

You will attend regular courses that have been recognized by Macromedia. You will attend these courses along with students from the partner university or customized courses for Macromedia's Students.
