The IT Support is the central service facility for all members of Macromedia. The spectrum of our tasks ranges from network and server provision, qualified advice on all e-services, media and DP-technical support, the teaching of skills to the support of administrative processes.


All members of Macromedia can report their concerns via the IT-Helpdesk..
Our templates for students, staff members and lecturers ensure that the request is forwarded directly to the right contact department.
